Dacon Services is committed to quality, environmental, R+D+i, and continuous improvement in all areas of the organization. It expects from all its employees to participate and to become involved in the continuous improvement process in order to ensure that the Company’s goals for quality, environment, R+D+i, efficiency and continuous improvement are achieved.

The scope of Dacon Services’s activities include the management of R+D+i and Business Projects, implementations of R+D+i Management Systems and Business Management Systems, the management of technical documentation for R+D+i and Business Management Plans, and Training.

Our goals are to maintain or to improve the quality of products and services so that customer requirements as well as internal requirements are consistently met and achieved beyond customer expectations. We are committed to the safety of all operations and in particular, to the health and safety of employees, customers and the public in general.

By means of our perception of quality and through our R+D+i processes, the Company will protect and exploit the results obtained by the R+D+i activities in order to continually improve the efficiency of the Company’s Management Systems.

Dacon Services recognizes that its activities impact upon the environment both through its routine internal operations, its infrastructural development, and through its influence and effects on the wider community. It acknowledges a responsibility for, and a commitment to, protection of the environment at all levels. Dacon Services will comply fully with environmental and R+D+i legislations and in addition, is committed to continued efforts to:

• Promote environmental management policies and practices at every level and in every department of the Company;
• Increase awareness of environmental responsibilities among all its employees;
• Prevent waste and pollution and develop and operate environmentally sound waste management procedures;
• Continue to reduce the consumption of fossil fuels and to incorporate where possible, long term strategies for energy efficiency into planning and development;
• Continue to encourage and facilitate modes of transport by employees which minimize environmental impact, and to apply environmentally friendly principles to the operation of its owned vehicles;
• Reduce water consumption;
• Promote a purchasing policy which will give preference, as far as practicable, to those products and services which cause the least harm to the environment;
• Consider environmental factors in respect of the growth of the Company, seeking as far as is practical to reduce harmful environmental impacts and to integrate new developments into the local environment;
• Work with other local, national and other agencies as appropriate to promote environmental policies;
• To provide an environment where employees are given the opportunity to maximize their potential and participate fully in the operation of the business;
• To provide value added assistance that consistently meets the quality requirements and specifications of our customers;
• To promote R+D+i policies and practices at every level and in every department of the Company;
• Increase awareness of the importance of R+D+i policies and practices among all its stakeholders, with special attention to its employees;
• Work with local, national and international agencies as appropriate to promote R+D+i policies and practices.
